It was so heartbreaking to watch him relapse and at the time many of his close friends said that this time was worse than any of the other. Some of his closest friends such as Calvin Klein, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and David Geffen visited him at the hospital and they were all still hoping and praying for a miracle.

Sandy was one of the most respected managers in all of Hollywood. He has worked hard to make everyone feel like they belong and has been an inspiration to thousands. Especially those who were a part of the gay community.

He was also openly gay and married Bryan Fox on 11th February 2011.

“Sandy became one of the top Hollywood managers and, with best friend David Geffen, helped run a political machine for the Democratic Party, raising millions for various candidates and causes. Gallin, who is gay, was a big force in gay rights legislation. -TMZ”

This man was a champion and he made everyone he knew felt like they were loved and that they belonged in this world for a reason. Sandy is survived by his husband, please keep his family in your prayers as they cope with this loss.
