Famous Hollywood actor just fractured both of his arms while filming his upcoming movie. This is horrible.
Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner, who has been filming “Avengers: Infinity War” has some unfortunate news about his filming experience this time around. Friday while filming “Tag” which is a New Line comedy, he performed a stunt that ended him up with two broken arms.
Renner didn’t seem too upset about the fact that he has two broken arms though. He recently interviewed saying that that’s “just how it goes” in the acting world.
“That’s how it goes,” Renner said. “It’s part of the job.”
When he spoke at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival press conference many thought that he had sustained the injury while filming Avengers but apparently that’s not how it happened.
Although he has two broken arms, he seems pretty confident that it’s not going to affect his job. He says that he is doing everything in his power to heal faster and that although it will have an effect on him it’s not going to stop him from doing the things that he needs to do.
“I’m sort of a problem solver, you know. There will be an effect to it, but it won’t stop me from doing things that I need to be doing,” Renner said. “I’ll heal fast. I’m doing everything I can to heal faster.”
He shared that the job he’s doing doesn’t really require a lot of stunts. It’s a comedy, not an action movie so there are only a few stunts in it. This is good news for him because his only “struggles” are doing everyday tasks for now, and he isn’t required to do a lot of other crazy stunts for now.
I hate that this happened to him! I hope that he can recovery quickly!!!
“I’m doing a job [‘Tag’] that isn’t really requiring a ton of stunts. It’s not an action movie; it’s a comedy. It just happens to have a few stunts in it. So I don’t have to beat a whole lot of people up or do anything crazy. So it won’t really affect my job. … It affects how I get dressed in the morning. I can’t tie my shoes, but outside of that and everything else, I can kind of get by.”
Prayers for a full and speedy recovery! It can’t be easy having two broken arms and trying to do your job well..
