Loretta Lynn’s family just shared heartbreaking news with her fans. This had me in tears.
Loretta Lynn has had a tough time recovering from her recent stroke. Now, her family has released more heartbreaking news. Loretta has been forced to postponed her upcoming album.
We were all hoping and praying that Loretta would have a quick recovery and be back on the road. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for the country legend.
Her new album Wouldn’t It Be Great was set to release on August 18 but she had to postpone it. Therefore, the country star recently shared an update on her Facebook account sharing her thoughts.
Lynn says that this album deserves her best and that she can’t give it her best with her current condition. Therefore, she has decided to postpone the album to a later time when she can really work hard at it.
Thankfully, Lynn is making a recovery, it’s just not as fast as we all hoped that it would be. Her family has done a tremendous job at keeping us updated on her progress and we couldn’t be happier to know that she is making some.
The beautiful star finished out her statement saying that Willie isn’t dead yet, and neither is she. I really hope that she starts feeling better soon!
“Thank you so much for all of your prayers, love and support. I’m happy to say that I’m at home with my family and getting better by the day! My main focus now is making a full recovery so that I can get back to putting all of me into what I love: sharing my music with all of you,” Lynn writes in her Facebook post. “I want to thank everyone for hanging in there with me. I am getting stronger every day and can’t wait to get back out there with all of you.”
We are praying for you Loretta!
