Famous television star just fainted on live TV in front of a live audience. This is terrifying!
One of the scariest moments on live television happened. Wendy Williams fainted during Tuesday’s live airing of The Wendy Williams Show.
This has never happened to Wendy before, and it was heartbreaking to watch. She was dressed as the Statue of the Liberty for Halloween.
She was in the middle of her show when passed out as she was introducing this year’s costume contest this morning. Right in the middle of her introduction, her voice cracked and her eyes widened.
She then stumbled backward before suddenly collapsing. Of course the show immediately went to a commercial and the emergency services were called right away.
Thankfully, after being helped by paramedics, she was able to finish her entire show. She came back telling fans that it was not a stunt and that it was so minor.
Apparently she overheated in her Halloween costume, but she was back and ready to finish the show.
“That was not a stunt,” she said. “I overheated in my costume and I did pass out. But, you know what? I’m a champ and I’m back!”
TMZ actually posted the video showing the scary moment of her passing out. It was quite heartbreaking to see.
Even right before she passed out you could tell that she had no idea what was happening and that she was freaking out.
After she returned to the show she still seemed a bit out of breath, but she was ready to conquer again. She didn’t even change out of her costume which was a crazy thing.
I guess show biz is most important! Glad she didn’t break any bones.
You can watch it all go down in the video below:
Wow! This is so scary. I’m so glad that she is okay now.
