Clint Bowyer is finally where he’s always wanted to be!
Clint Bowyer is coming out of a really tough year. He wasn’t with the best team, which effected his results in the races, and as we have recently found out, they didn’t pay him correctly either.
Throughout the 2016 season, Bowyer talked openly about how excited he was to take over Tony Stewart’s position at Stewart-Haas Racing once he retired.
Even though we all knew it was coming, we haven’t spent much time thinking about someone else driving the No. 14 car. Mostly because we haven’t wanted to- Smoke has been the driver of the No. 14 car since 2009. And we haven’t pictured him anywhere else.
However, it looks like the time has come to face the facts- SHR just revealed a picture of Clint in the Mobile 1 fire suit for the No. 14 car. We have to admit, it’s going to take some time getting used to it, but he doesn’t looks too shabby!

We’re incredibly happy that Clint is finally where he wants to be. It will be interesting to see what he does on the track this season, now that he pretty much has the best of the best.
Goodluck to Clint and the rest of the SHR crew!
