The Cowboys look to be healthy for their divisional round game against the Packers.
No one enters the playoffs or ends the season on a healthy note and the Dallas Cowboys are no different. That said, the Cowboys will be as healthy as any team can hope and will be as healthy as Dallas has been since week one of the regular season.
Jerry Jones said on 105.3 The Fan that this team will be at full strength and that Morris Claiborne, Tyrone Crawford, and DeMarcus Lawrence will all play on Sunday in the divisional round playoff. The Cowboys will need all hands-on deck when it comes to playing the Green Bay Packers and their star quarterback.
With Claiborne returning, he should be able to step right in and become the top corner on this team. It is now a matter of how healthy he truly is as he will likely be looked at to travel with either Jordy Nelson (if he can play) or Davante Adams. Prior to the injury, Claiborne was looked at as one of the top cornerbacks in the league as he shut down some of the best wide receivers in the game, including Nelson during the first match-up with Green bay.

Crawford and Lawrence will be looked at to step in and give this defensive line a fresh group of players as they hope to have a nice 3-4-man rotation at both the ends and in the middle at defensive tackle. Lawrence returning is the most exciting of the bunch as he can now work in with the emerging David Irving and Benson Mayowa.

The defense for the Cowboys ended the season on a high note playing good football. With the additional and return of Crawford, Lawrence, and Claiborne; they become that much better. I am unsure on the impact of Claiborne with his injury, but you have to think that if he wasn’t ready, Dallas wouldn’t have him out there. However, with Lawrence and Crawford, I think they should be near 100% and should be able to have an immediate impact and get after Rodgers on Sunday afternoon.
Which returning player do you feel is going to have the biggest impact at stopping Rodgers and this current Packers winning streak?
